Return Process

  Log into your Alienth.cn account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery to our inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
